Our chefs are inspired by a wide variety of Italian regions and aim at providing you with a unique experience and heightened taste sensations. We have gone through great lengths and are dedicated to sourcing artisanal and environmentally sound products. Furthermore, in an effort to be environmentally friendly and minimize the effect on the carbon foot print, a water filtration system has been installed that will provide the triple filtered still and sparkling waters that will be the basis for our home-made sodas, beverages, and bottled water. A carpet of thick grass borders the dining room; bonsai plants, bamboo trees and climbing vines cast lovely shadows on the walls. The innovative dinner menu perfectly complements the design, deftly uniting fresh American and Asain ingredients to create light yet satisfying contemporary dishes that virtually sing on the plate.
The Grass logo, an ancient image of a snake catering it's tail (the ouroboros), symbolizing change and cyclical unity, is the perfect metaphor for our unique menu.
