RiverHouseRiverHouse is a stylish riverside restaurant and bar extensively refurbished with original modern art, chandeliers and leather chairs. There is a definite wow factor from customers visiting the first time. Adding to its appeal is the 100 seater terrace right on the river with views across to Eton Bridge. A wonderful, relaxing place to have a first class meal watching the boats and the river wildlife go by. The highest compliment was paid by a visiting celebrity chef, on a busy, hot summer's day. He said the food was fantastic and the service amazing, indeed amongst our clientele are many famous faces. Windsor PubCo uses local suppliers where possible. Meat for example is 21 day matured and comes from a local butcher daily, as does bread from the bakery and vegetables & salads from the market. RiverHouse prepares everything fresh on site, even making its own ice cream. Windsor PUbCo installs a wine & champagne preservation system at all its outlets and RiverHouse is no exception.

Thai Square - WindsorOne of the best Thai restaurants in photogenic Windsor, Thai Square enjoys a prime position opposite the famous castle, and near the theatre. Stunning design stretches over two levels, the most striking of which is the spacious conservatory, bathed in natural light, and leading to a desirable outdoor patio area. The decor successfully fuses the best of modern European and Thai design with traditional Thai artefacts. It's all rather lovely. Same goes for the food, from crab cakes and spring roll starters to soups, pan fried dishes, curries, specials and house specials such as the excellent ped makham - chargrilled duck breast, thinly sliced and spread on crispy seaweed topped with exotic tamarind sauce. Warm, charming service. Well worth a visit.

Nambu - TeiGrowing in popularity all the time, Nambu-Tei fills the gap for great sushi and sashimi on Windsor’s Thames Street, and is easily one of the historic town’s better quality Japanese restaurants. With such magnificent direct views of the castle, you’d expect to pay through the nose to eat in this softly-lit, contemporary space, but not so. A comprehensive a la carte covers virtually everything healthy you might fancy - fresh sushi, sashimi, a big selection of superb tempura, seafood and vegetarian dishes, noodles and soup. A fun addition to Windsor’s quality dining scene.
