The Rights and Human Security ConferenceCall for Participation/Application to Attend the Rights and Human Security Conference
NTP Network invites you to her 2013 conference for a groundbreaking meeting of the international youth movements and other related NGO's, where as many as 200 participants will convene to learning new ways to empower themselves and how to adhere to social norms. And also to meet others like yourself ; learning, teaching, inspiring and being inspired. Exploring the potential of a performance approach to unleash and nurture the human capacity to create, collaborateand change the world.
The 2013 conference will examine issues ranging from Human Rights and the rights of Women and Children, Rape as a weapon of War, Human Security Issues, and the roles of the developing countries towards these issues.
What happens if more than 200 apply? Anyone who is a member of an NGO or progressive youth or women's organization or community based organization can apply to participate. If more than 200 people apply (as we anticipate), a global selection committee will select a representative 200 from among the applicants. This committee will ensure that the participants at the meeting are truly international and represent a diverse range of interests, issues, and regions. Preference will be given to organizations working for youth & women's rights from the South East Asia, Latin America and Africa.

Miss Matilda Jenkyns requests the pleasure of your company to meet The Ladies of Cranford. Based on the book by Elizabeth Gaskell, the play faithfully portrays the ladies as seen through the author's eyes.
Living in an era of rapid change, Mrs Gaskell decided to write down her memories of the stalwart, eccentric women of her youth. They were independent ladies, running their own lives, often silly, sometimes stubborn and full of an unconscious humour. So, laugh with the ladies, share their sorrows - and meet two of the few Gentlemen of Cranford.
