The dining room – with cream walls, Scandinavian-style wooden furniture and fresh flower arrangements – is elegant and relaxed. With an emphasis on freshness and quality, Edwinns' menu offers traditional British cuisine with a contemporary twist – our favourite dishes being the delicious braised crispy Gressingham duck with olive oil mash, balsamic onions and sautéed cabbage; the baked salmon with green pea and sorrel purée, and the decadent sunken chocolate pudding with Baileys cream. The service is attentive and efficient, and there is a superb selection of international wines to accompany your meal.

The Farriers Brasserie
Guildford locals and ex-pats will remember this High Street haunt as the Three Pigeons, a traditional pub with a traditional atmosphere. Overlooking the Holy Trinity and within minutes of the town’s favourite shops and tourist traps, The Farriers now captures the buzz of a small city whilst maintaining the history of the building and the steep cobbled street it resides on. Cosy and welcoming, the brasserie is classic British from top to toe without becoming overly stuffy. A Modern European menu steers the punters away from pub grub, bringing with it a light, continental feel.
