Boom Chicago Comedy Shows: High tech, razor-sharp comedy shows and fantastic food. This successful combination has made them an Amsterdam institution for fifteen years.

Get ready to laugh!  The shows are a fast paced and exciting mix of sketches and improvisation. The written scenes lampoon current events and universal topics.  For the improv, the actors get suggestions from the audience and turn them into scenes and jokes that are topical, funny and different every night.

Working with the actors is a live-musician and a high-tech technician who seamlessly adds lights, sound, video and the internet.  The show is truly unique in the world.

Boom Chicago’s post-fusion international cuisine is created by Head Chef J.J. Holland.  Rather than mixing influences, Holland keeps the East and West separate and balances each dish individually in a fresh and original way.
