

Departure from Quito, on the way you will observe the impressive change of vegetation and climate until reaching the Cloud Forest.
In Mindo, a trek through the forest will be done, depending on the difficulty and adventure preferred.
During the hiking you will have the opportunity to admire the waterfalls, the natural forest, rivers, and more than 400 exotic species of birds, butterflies and orchids.
A full day tour includes lunch and a specialist guide. Upon request you can do kayak and rafting.

And after the tour, you will enjoy a typical meal in one of the best restaurants of Quito.

You will observe typical paramo vegetation and stunning scenery while you bike through volcanic roads and trails. Throughout the day you will have excellent views of the Iliniza twin peaks, Corazon, Sincholagua and, of course, the majestic Cotopaxi.
You arrive at Cotopaxi National Park through to the northern entrance. By taking this route you explore the park from north to south crossing through highland plateaus and observing typical paramo vegetation and fauna amidst stunning volcanic scenery.
You visit Limpiopungo Glaciar Lake on the foothills of the Ruminahui Volcano. You exit the park south down through the valley that leads to Lasso. You will arrive back to Quito after lunch in the afternoon.

This mountain bike tour is an excellent way to experience a cross section of Ecuador's ecosystems in a single day, from rugged paramo (high-altitude Andean grasslands), to lush cloud forest at the edge of the Amazon basin. Enjoy stunning highland views and ride along trails, spotting for bird life and cloud forest flora with our knowledgeable guide.
After your biking excursion you will enjoy a soothing bath at the local hot springs, whose crystalline, hyper-thermal, hyper-tonic, sulfate, mineral and alkaline rich waters are renowned for their restorative, relaxing, and therapeutic properties. Late in the afternoon, you will be transferred back to Quito.

Departure from Quito through The Pan-American South Highway, enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the place, you will visit the Saquisili market (only on Thursdays) where native people of the region expose and sell their handicrafts.
Continuing you will arrive at the impressive active volcano Cotopaxi (5.897 m. High). During your stay at the National Park you will stop a the Limpiopungo lagoon, from which, depending on the weather conditions you can admire the environment and, if lucky, observe Condor Birds.
After the National park, you will head toward the San Augustin del Callo Hacienda to visit it and see the daily activities of an Andean Hacienda. Optionally you can have lunch at the Hacienda.
Return to Quito in the afternoon.

If time allows, you will stop at the highway's mirador to admire and take pictures of the beautiful landscape and snow capped mountains of the zone.
Crossing the equatorial line at Guachala (used to be the middle of the world monument) you will head up to Otavalo and make a stop at Mira Lago to take pictures of the beautiful San Pablo Lake. The tour then continues to Otavalo where the Otavalenos (natives) set up a market in which a bartering manner of shopping is taken. The market hosts a variety of different handcrafted items.
Continuing the trip, we will go to Cotacachi, famous for its leather articles, and where lunch can be taken. Finally we will go to Peguche, small village known for its waterfalls and wind instruments fabrics.
Return to Quito through the Cajas-Tabacundo road.
