
Fresh from touring across the UK and Europe, one of Australiaâs favourite singer songwriters, Pete Murray, has just announced a bunch of new dates to his EUREKA TOUR, as shows in Perth. Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne have sold out!
Tickets have been selling fast for the EUREKA TOUR, Peteâs first Australian concert run in over two years, and fans should get in quick if they donât want to miss out.
Tickets for the new shows in Perth, Melbourne, Traralgon, Brisbane, Sydney and Penrith are on sale now (see below for full list of dates).
Pete Murrayâs new album Summer At Eureka debuted at #1 on the Australian charts, his third consecutive album to do so with both his previous releases, Feeler and See The Sun hitting #1 before going on to amass combined sales of almost 1 million copies.
This release has also made significant inroads into Europe with the album breaking the Top 20 chart in The Netherlands, and getting releases across many Northern European territories. Pete will return to Europe in November to tour again.
Joining Pete on the EUREKA TOUR, ARIA winners The Audreys (Trio) will be supporting him in acoustic trio mode in all capital city shows across the country. US singer/songwriter Brett Dennen will also be playing a select bunch of dates, and joining the tour in the opening spots will be exciting new comer Gin Wigmore for some shows with Matt Joe Gow on some Victorian dates.

Less than 18-months after their stunning full-length debut, Day One, BIRDS OF TOKYO are ready to present their breathtaking sophomore album, UNIVERSES. Already spawning the sure to be timeless tracks Silhouettic and (new single) Broken Bones, UNIVERSES was independently recorded and produced in Australia by the band and mixed by Tim Palmer (U2, The Cure, Pearl Jam) in North Hollywood. The album has an incredibly unique depth about it. It is set for an independent release on July 5.
The initial pressing of UNIVERSES will include a limited edition CD/DVD featuring behind the scenes recordings and making-of footage for the video clips of both âSilhouetticâ and âBroken Bonesâ.
